Float

Every floating element shares one slow six-second rhythm. First starts it, Second runs a quarter of a cycle behind and Third half a cycle behind, so give each neighbour a different beat and they never rise at the same moment. Under reduced motion the element holds still.

On the brochure heroes, two stickers float at opposite corners of the picture on the First and Third beats, each leaning with Tilt. This is the Estate agents hero. A koala-mockup card has its own float attribute and does not need this one.
