Card stack

Each child element is one card. On phones they pile up with the ones behind peeking out at a slight angle; every few seconds, while the pile is on screen, the top card flicks left and slides back under the rest. Dots jump to a card and a sideways swipe moves on. From sm up the cards stack down the column as they are, so any tilt or float on them still applies. Under reduced motion the pile stays put.
